Theresia Gouw Ranzetta
General Partner, Accel Partners
Theresia focuses on software investments with particular interest in
security, systems software and enterprise applications. She currently also
serves on the Board of Directors of Accel-KKR, Aceva Technologies,
ForeScout, Found, and WebCohort.
Theresia has worked in the computer and communications industries since
the late-1980's as an entrepreneur, consultant and venture investor. Prior
to joining Accel Partners, she was a founding executive at a
venture-backed company which developed products to enable encryption and
payment for the software industry. Theresia was a key member of the senior
management team and was instrumental in growing the company from $0 to
$15M in revenue. Before that, Theresia worked as a management consultant
at Bain & Company. While at Bain, she worked with computer and
communications equipment companies to develop their technology, marketing
and financial strategies.

Jaime Hale
Principal, Oak Hill Venture Partners
Jamie Hale is a Principal of Oak Hill Venture Partners. He leads and
structures investments and works closely with several portfolio
companies, including Andale, Knowledge Networks, Liquid Engines, Perfect
Commerce and Sandial. Previously, he helped manage New Product
Development for NextCard. Prior to NextCard he worked at Open Market,
HAL Investments, and was an Associate at Lazard Freres.

Linda Hayes
President and CEO
As President & CEO of Andale, Linda is charged with building the Andale vision and strategy and is focused on maintaining the Company's profitability and overall growth. Linda has been with Andale since mid 2000 and has been Chief Operating Officer since 2001. As COO, Hayes managed product strategy, sales and marketing and was instrumental in driving the Company's revenue growth. In addition, she also spearheaded all aspects of the Company's corporate communications efforts, including overall vision and strategy. During her tenure as COO, Andale's revenues and user base have grown substantially.
Previously, Linda was Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing for General Magic where she led all marketing efforts. In addition, she was responsible for running a business segment, the myTalk consumer service, which PC Computing voted as one of the top three websites of 1999 (along with Yahoo). Linda was also Vice President of Marketing for Pretty Good Privacy (PGP), an encryption company purchased by Network Associates in 1997. At PGP she built and managed the entire marketing department which determined the company's product and communications strategies, positioning and branding efforts, as well as government relations endeavors.
During her tenure with Novell as head of worldwide marketing, Linda was the driving force behind the company's global branding and outbound communications efforts which required building consensus with all business units within the company. She was responsible for the launching of many products as well as creating an award-winning consistent look and feel for Novell. This effort included a new corporate identity, company positioning, key messages and was used to market the company on a worldwide basis.
Linda has been the recipient of numerous industry awards for marketing and public relations programs.

Randy Strahan
General Partner, Mohr, Davidow Ventures
Randy Strahan joined Mohr, Davidow Ventures in November, 1999 with more
than 20 years of senior general management and operations experience at
leading telecommunications companies. As a Venture Partner he helps Mohr,
Davidow Ventures portfolio companies develop operations strategies, and
has served as interim CEO of a number of Mohr, Davidow Ventures's early
stage investments.
Randy was most recently president and CEO of Telmax Communications, a
privately held company that manufactures and markets telecommunication
equipment to telephone companies such as RBOCs, CLECs and independent
telecom companies. Before that, he spent 20 years in various management
positions at Pacific Bell, serving most notably as president of Pacific
Bell's Service Operations Division where he was responsible for all
customer delivery in the company.

George Zachary
George Zachary joined Charles River Ventures in 2004. He brings more than 17 years of operating and investing experience in computing and consumer technology. George's focus is on building great services and software technology companies.
Previously, he was a general partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures (MDV). His other directorships included: Accrue Software (NASDAQ:ACRU), Critical Path (NASDAQ: CPTH), Ovation Entertainment, Sandcastle (acquired by Adobe, NASDAQ:ADBE), Securify (acquired by Kroll-O'Gara, NASDAQ: KROG), Shutterfly, Supertracks (acquired by Centerspan) and Telebot (acquired by Z-Tel, NASDAQ: ZTEL).
Prior to MDV, George led the Nintendo 64 development business at Silicon Graphics, managed sales and marketing for virtual reality pioneer VPL Research, and served as a product marketeer at CATS Software. He is a board advisor at the MIT Sloan School of Business and Stanford BASES. He is also an advisor to X PRIZE..
