As President & CEO of Andale, Linda is charged with building the Andale vision and strategy and is focused on maintaining the Company's profitability and overall growth.

Linda has been with Andale since mid 2000 and has been Chief Operating Officer since 2001. As COO, Hayes managed product strategy, sales and marketing and was instrumental in driving the Company's revenue growth. In addition, she also spearheaded all aspects of the Company's corporate communications efforts, including overall vision and strategy. During her tenure as COO, Andale's revenues and user base have grown substantially.

Previously, Linda was Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing for General Magic where she led all marketing efforts. In addition, she was responsible for running a business segment, the myTalk consumer service, which PC Computing voted as one of the top three websites of 1999 (along with Yahoo). Linda was also Vice President of Marketing for Pretty Good Privacy (PGP), an encryption company purchased by Network Associates in 1997. At PGP she built and managed the entire marketing department which determined the company's product and communications strategies, positioning and branding efforts, as well as government relations endeavors.

During her tenure with Novell as head of worldwide marketing, Linda was the driving force behind the company's global branding and outbound communications efforts which required building consensus with all business units within the company. She was responsible for the launching of many products as well as creating an award-winning consistent look and feel for Novell. This effort included a new corporate identity, company positioning, key messages and was used to market the company on a worldwide basis.

Linda has been the recipient of numerous industry awards for marketing and public relations programs.

Paul Denton

As acting COO & CFO, Paul is chartered with improving the company's business operations and charting its financial direction to achieve sustained revenues and profitability. He brings over 20 years of business leadership experience to Andale from a wide diversity of industries and positions.

Paul has held executive management positions with numerous start-up and emerging growth companies in Silicon Valley. Through his expertise in operations and financial management and his strong leadership skills, he's helped these companies take their business to the next level. He brings the right set of skills to ensure that Andale's market position remains strong. Paul also held management positions at Booz Allen and Hamilton and Exxon/Esso Petroleum Company.

Prashant Nedungadi

As Chief Technology Officer, Prashant is responsible for the architecture and implementation of Andale's suite of products and services. He is focused on building a service with a scalable architecture to support the company's US and international growth. Prashant's goal is to provide a fast, easy-to-use and dependable service that millions of users can use simultaneously.

Prior to co-founding Andale, Prashant was a Principal at TriQuest, where he led architecture design and developed a large-scale client-server system. Prashant has also held senior engineering positions at Cirrus Logic and Texas Instruments, where he earned outstanding achievement awards.

Amit Gupta
Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer

As the company's Chief Strategy Officer, Amit oversees corporate strategy, business intelligence and new initiatives. His metrics organization provides the company with core metrics and information on wide range of topics from system performance to user metrics.

Prior to co-founding Andale, Amit was at Sun Microsystems' visionary SunLabs group working to define innovative networking and security technologies. He designed and built new network architectures and protocols for highly reliable and scalable web services. He also developed new technologies for securing large network-based services from unauthorized and malicious users. Amit has more than 25 patents pending for distributed systems technologies.

During his doctoral research, Amit designed and built network architectures and protocols for delivering performance guarantees for network services.

Janet George
Vice President, Product & Marketing

As the company's Vice President, Product & Marketing, Janet spearheads the company's product and go-to-market strategies and is chartered with growing the company's top line revenues.

Prior to Andale, Janet was part of the senior management team at eBay, where she managed a large team and was responsible for scope, delivery and execution of 240 new features to the site each quarter. Prior to eBay, Ms. George founded MapSights, where she created and executed a compressive product roadmap. Prior to that, Janet was the Director of two business units -GeoApplications and EtakMap Web Server at TeleAtlas/Etak (then a subsidiary of Sony Corp.), responsible for global product lines. Janet also held management positions at Apple Computer, Informix Software and Hewlett Packard.

Dan Russo
Vice President, Customer Relations

As Vice President of Customer Relations, Dan is responsible for taking good care of Andale's merchants. This responsibility includes managing email and phone-based customer support, overseeing the billing and collections activities, and implementing programs to enhance customer response time and training.

Prior to Andale, Dan was a Senior Director of Marketing and Channel Programs at General Magic, where he was chartered with the development and execution of their channel partner strategy and related marketing programs. Dan was responsible for member acquisition and led a team in providing customer support for more than 1 million members. During his tenure at General Magic, Dan also spearheaded the implementation of direct and channel pricing plans, software evaluation and development programs, technical support, reseller training, data mining and loyalty programs. Dan also held various marketing and sales management positions at Escalate Networks, Securify, Newbridge Networks (previously UB Networks), Zenith Data Systems and Motorola.

Phil Steffora
Vice President, Technical Operations

As the Vice President of Technical Operations, Phil brings a professional career of network development and management experience to Andale that ensures a scalable, robust and reliable architecture for Andale's customers. He is responsible for all of the company's Information Technology infrastructure including all production, internal, and telephony systems.

Prior to Andale, he was Vice President of Technical Operations for Mailblocks Inc., where he built and managed the company's technical operations. He was responsible for production Internet operations, customer support and IT. Prior to Mailblocks, Phil held positions at Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN), where he served first as Vice President, Global Datacenter Operations, and most recently as Vice President, Engineering and Operations. In both of these roles, he was primarily responsible for the Internet datacenter operations and for developing the company's infrastructure. Phil also held senior management positions with AltaVista where he was responsible for building and operating the search engine during its initial four years.

Throughout his career, Mr. Steffora has proven his ability to design and deploy mission-critical network operations to support both the enterprise and the consumer. His teams and their performance have been recognized with ISO-9001 certifications for operations excellence.
