Vendio Premium Support is now available at two levels of service to meet the support needs of your business.
Premium Support 3
For just $5.95 per month, Vendio Premium Support provides you with both telephone and email access to Vendio
customer support. Telephone support is available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm,
Pacific Time, except on holidays). With Premium Support, you receive unlimited email support and up to 3
telephone incidents per month. For each incremental telephone incident beyond 3 in any given month, you will
be charged $10 each. Any telephone call or series of calls concerning a unique topic is considered a single
incident. After signing up you will see a Call Back form under this Support tab. Once you fill the form with the details we will call you back with the solution.
Premium Support 10
For $19.95 per month, Vendio Premium Support provides you with both telephone and email access to Vendio

Basic Support
If you only need to reach customer support via email, Vendio provides unlimited free email support with our
FREE Basic Support Plan. For fastest support, always log into your Vendio account in order to utilize the
"email us" form located on the Help Page.
