Our first warning is issued regarding ALEX AV Furniture Suppliers Co., Ltd. of China.

Here is why we urge all current customers and future buyers to definitely beware.

They operate under multiple names at different times. Payments are requested to be sent to accounts with names that do not match their name. It is assumed that this is done to avoid paying taxes or other fees due to the Chinese government. Fortunately, we did not agree to make such payments.

Danrui Home Suppliers Zhejiang Danrui Co, Ltd.

Zhejiang Hutai International Forwarding Co.

The first order had horrendous packaging issues. Each and every carton had to be repackaged prior to sale. This cost us packaging material costs plus labor to rebox each piece. They accepted NO responsibility in this issue.

They improved the boxes on subsequent shipments. Now, however, the finish on the next container was totally different than the previous shipment. This, too, cost us money in having to reship furniture that did not match. They said they were 'sorry' but offered NO restitution.

After a 10 week delay beyond the promised 'ready date', they shipped a new design piece that was again very poorly packaged. But more importantly, the contents of the package did not include sufficient components to actually assemble the furniture. Again, NO acknowledgement of responsiblity and NO restitution.

We are out thousands of dollars as a result of the actions of this company.

Everything stated here can be substantiated and documented. We will be willing to share this information with all concerned parties. As a result, we urge with the strongest possible terms that you avoid any commerce with these companies.
