Please email us with product questions prior to placing your bid. Any products that are sold with a manufacturer's warranty, require that you contact that manufacturer directly for resolution. All auction orders are sold as advertised and are FINAL SALES- NO RETURNS.
Please note that UPS and FedEx have both announced shipping cost increases. Additiionally our packaging supplier has also implemented price increases on tape and boxes. In order to offset these increases, we are now forced to add a small handling fee of $1.50 per auction. Thank you for your understanding. We endeavor to process all orders quickly, however there is no guarantee that your order will ship the same day the payment is processed. In most cases your product will ship within a day or two of the payment processing. You will receive an automated email directly from UPS upon shipment.
Shipping charges that are shown as domestic correspond to shipments for delivery to the 48 Contiguous US States. Shipping to all other destinations will be subject to actual UPS charges to that destination. Feel free to contact us with your postal code and we will be happy to quote you shipping charges. For international shipments there are sometimes duties, fees or taxes that may be collected by your country. We have no knowledge of these charges nor any control over them. Should there be charges due, they are entirely for your account and are your responsibility. In the event that you refuse our shipment to you, you will be responsible for the outbound and return shipping charges plus a handling charge for processing the multiple resultant transactions. In some instances this may result in extra charges that exceed what you paid for your item. We urge you to check your country's policy with regard to any duties, custom fees or taxes prior to committing to a purchase.
While the ecommerce functionality of eBay and Vendio typically run flawlessly, there is occasionally a malfuction or bug in the API transmission. We cannot be responsible for any errors that occur from such an incident and thank you for your understanding.
Some of the items that we offer for sale on eBay are shipped directly from manufacturer warehouses that fulfill for a variety of third party resellers. While we endeavor to provide accurate availability data, sometimes items sell out faster that we can update this data. If this should occur with your purchase, you will be notified as soon as we become aware of the disparity and your money will be refunded promptly.
