| All doll eyes will be drop shipped from the distributor if ordered internationally to save shipping costs and time. International shipping policy only applies to electronics and large items. Buyers who do not meet the auction description posted minuim order requirements on eyes will have there shipments held and notified by email they must meet the minuim order requirement before their eyes will ship. If no response from the buyer has been received or the buyer is unwilling to agree to the minuim order requirement on the eyes they will forfeit their payment by default. Minuim order requirements on select eyes are in place to insure speedy service to all buyers and avoid getting bogged down with single eye purchases that can slow service to other buyers. Returns available in the first 14 days only on STORE ITEMS ONLY including weekends and holidays. Buyer must return goods for a full refund. Electronics policy: All electronics are tested if open box to work otherwise sold in the factory sealed box they came in. Buyer assumes all operation, use and responsabilty for electronics. Many electronics still have full warranties but not all. Electronics are tested and working but not garunteed against doa. Buyers agree to these terms when bidding. All open box electronics over 15lbs require a 10.00 packing fee. Smaller handling fees on smaller electronic items if open box. Every item we sell is fully insured. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY effective Oct 24th 2002: International shipping is now available only under the condition that the buyer faxes a fully filled out customs form to 760-320-7155. The customs form is available online at WWW.UPS.COM. Simply download, print, fill out all info, sign and fax to this number. This will expedite your shipment and insure there will be no problems. Buyer must abide by all customs due on his or her delivery. Refusals will be considered deliveries if he/she does not want to pay the customs fees or changes their mind for which he/she will NOT be refunded. Perfetlymadebirds will ship to any country in the world provided the buyer agrees to these terms on international shipping.
